TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Session Rules:

By selecting the session type, I hereby accept the fact that Nomad has separate session types for both open and private.

Open session is up to 10 drivers maximum. Open sessions can be combined with adults, juniors and kids. Nomad Entertainment reserves the right to add additional drivers to your open session in case of slots availability.

Private session is up to 8 drivers maximum.

In the event that my booking or purchases are made to the wrong session section, I agree that I will be in violation of Nomad’s session section and could therefore lose my chances to attend the session and have my reservation refunded.
 

Session selection & payment selection page rules:

Session tickets can only be collected at the counter using your QR code. If you do not have your QR Code with you, the session tickets will not be issued.

Without the QR code your session tickets will not be issued and cannot be refunded.

Cancellation are permitted at least 2 hours before the session starts. No refunds will be issued for bank cards transections as we will provide you with refunded session valid for 30 days which can be used to do a new reservation.
 

Knet

Reminder: You have to have your QR code in order to collect your session tickets. Without the QR code your session ticket will not be issued and cannot be refunded.
 

Credit card

Reminder: You have to have your QR code in order to collect your session tickets. Without the QR code your session ticket will not be issued and cannot be refunded.
 

Cancellation Rules

By cancelling a reservation made by Bank cards, NO credit will be issued to my bank. Instead Nomad Entertainment will issue me a temporary credit valid for 30 days.

Cancellations are accepted at least 2 hours before the session starts.

On cancel reservation

For reservation made by Bank card/ K-net, I agree that no credit will be issued to my bank account.

For reservation made by Bank card/ K-net, Nomad Entertainment will issue a temporary credit for 30 days for me to reserve online again
 

Offers and Discounts

All Offers and Discounts are not valid during Public holidays.

All Offers and Discounts are non-refundable , non-transferable and non-cashable..
