For how many no. of people can I book online together?
You can book up to 10 people per Electric go karting (eKart) session and 18 for Laser Tag session. You may book as many sessions as you like.
How can I know my reservation is successful?
Once your reservation has been successful, a confirmation message will be displayed on your device with a QR code.
What forms of payment do you accept for online booking?
We accept online Knet debit card, Visa and Mastercard for online reservations.
How do I Use my Reservation QR Code?
You must Scan the QR code at the counter to validate your reservation. The QR will contain all your booking information along with the participants information that you provide.
Can I cancel my online reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before your reservation session.
How Nomad will refund me if I cancel my online reservation?
Your reservation session will be credited to your Nomad Mobile App and will be valid for 30 days which can be used to do a new reservation.
What is Nomad’s cancellation policy?
By cancelling a booking made by bank cards, no credit will be issued to the bank account. Nomad will issue a temporary credit valid for 30 calendar days.
Cancellations are accepted at least 2 hours before the session starts.
No show up will not be refunded.
Can we book the whole center?
Yes you can book the whole center for your birthday parties/ events. Please contact us at reservations@nomadkw.com

Can I use voucher along with another offer / Promotion?
You cannot apply more than one promotion to a single product.
